Debbie Natsch
200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor
I began my yoga practice in 2006. After more than 30 years of playing soccer, my body was aching constantly and felt beat-up. I was starting to wonder how much longer I'd be able to play soccer, and what was going to fill the void once I had to hang up my cleats.
After a yoga studio opened in Livermore I eagerly signed up for my first class and was immediately hooked. I felt amazing afterward! I was relaxed, happy…and ready for my next class. Yoga loosened up my tight muscles and brought balance to my body, strengthening my core and upper body. Regular yoga enabled my body to move more freely. For me, this translated into feeling better than ever!
Finding yoga gave me a new path, one that can be followed for the rest of my life. The beauty of yoga is that it adapts to each individual and can be whatever you need it to be. I hope to still be learning and growing into new poses when I’m 90!
I completed my teacher training at Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness in June 2014. My goal is to offer yoga to everyone who wants it! I truly believe yoga offers something for everyone-you just have to look until you find the type of yoga that works for you!
I teach vinyasa flow-based yoga, which focuses on syncing breath with movement. I encourage the use of props to make poses accessible to different bodies.
